PIPTV: TERMS OF SERVICES
These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute an agreement between the Website Operator (“Website Operator”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the IPTV services provided by our website.
1. Piptv: Service Provision
The Website Operator promises access to channels from the country for which you have specifically purchased a subscription. Please note that the quality, availability, and functioning of channels from any other countries is not assured. The quality of a channel refers to clear video and audio, availability refers to the channel being accessible 99% of the time, and functioning refers to the channel being operational with no technical issues.
2. Piptv: Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Though our services may be sold in the European Union (EU), we are a company registered outside the EU and our practices do not adhere to the EU’s local laws regarding our services. This agreement will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where the company is registered, regardless of conflict of law principles.
3. Piptv: Refunds and Money Back Guarantee
Refunds are issued at our discretion, predicated on the existence of a valid reason. Refunds are not automatically issued upon a service issue and are not guaranteed under any circumstance. Our money back guarantee, as stated on our website, is subject to our refund policy detailed herein and elsewhere in this Agreement.
4. Exclusions from Refund
The following situations are generally not considered valid reasons for a refund:
- Lack of certain channels
- Incorrect channels content
- Concerns with Full HD (FHD) & 4K video quality
- Discrepancies or issues with the Video On Demand (VOD) library
- Temporary buffering or service downtime
- Inaccuracies or issues with the Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
- Inability to set up our services due to technical limitations
- Blocking of our services by your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Non-compatible devices or platforms
- Slow internet speeds due to user’s network conditions
- Subscription renewals
NOTE: Our VOD library is a complimentary service we provide to our customers and cannot be considered as a reason for a refund.
5. Reseller Credits
Credits purchased for the purposes of reselling our services are non-refundable.
6. Additional Services
Additional options or services that are added to your subscriptions are non-refundable.
7. Legal Responsibility
As a subscriber, it’s your responsibility to ensure that our service complies with the local laws in your country. You assume full responsibility for any legal implications that may arise from your use of our service.
8. Service Usage
You are not permitted to share your access to our services with other people. The service is intended for personal use only, within your household or on your personal smartphone outside of the house. Sharing access constitutes activities like sharing login credentials or multiple simultaneous logins. Any violation of this condition could lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
9. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate any of the terms of this agreement, engage in activities we find disrespectful to our staff, restream our services, or partake in any behavior that we, at our sole discretion, deem harmful to our operations, reputation, or any other aspect of our services.
10. ISP Blocking
Please be aware that Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in certain countries may employ blocking measures to protect copyrighted content. We do not have control over such actions taken by ISPs and are not responsible for any service disruption due to ISP blocking. ISP blocking can be dynamic, meaning it might be triggered during certain events such as football matches. As a User, it’s your responsibility to take necessary actions to bypass ISP blocking, which may include using a VPN, a proxy, or switching to an ISP that doesn’t enforce such measures. Any inconvenience or disruption to our services due to ISP blocking does not qualify for a refund under our policy and is not covered by our money-back guarantee.
By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, we kindly request that you refrain from subscribing to our services.
